Refund and Returns policy

At Rusted Culture, we stand behind the quality of our streetwear and motorcyle gear and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return or exchange, please review our policy below.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including all tags and packaging).
  • Custom or limited-edition items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or refund.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email info@rustedculture.ca with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds may be denied if the returned item does not meet the conditions listed above.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Rusted Culture is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping provider.
